The latest high tech systems of printing fabrics has created
an exciting new platform from which an almost unlimited range
of garment designs can be launched. We can now incorporate almost
any pantone colour, and accurately recreate almost any corporate
logo or image and merge it to any part of the garment. Individual
numbers and names, digital photos, and cad drawings can also be
added. The process is known as "sublimation"
It is simply a method of transferring high density dye sub inks
from incredibly sophisticated printing machines, to knitted polyester
fabric, with the help of high temperature presses that amalgamate
the dye with the fabric producing durable and vibrant colours.
The greaat advantage of this wonderful development is that you
can design you own garments and see the results almost immediatley.
Or alternatively leave your basic ideas to our graphics team.
Polyester was in the past regarded as inferior to cottons and
poly cottons and as a result was not widely accepted in the rugby
world, but through patiently working closely with fabric manufacturers
over the years we have developed materials to equal or even better
the traditional jersey fabrics.
